Sales Operations Analyst Intern

What You'll Do: As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern at Criteo, you will be part of the FP&A and CSF&O organization, working on improving and scaling quarterly commercial cycles. You will design and implement Sales Compensation strategy, participate in key Sales & Operations projects, and act as a Business Partner for Commercial Management and Regional Sales Operations. Your responsibilities will include sales compensation administration, target letters management, and data quality improvement in the Sales Compensation Management Tool.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data quality checks, analysis, and achievement calculations for sales bonus administration.
- Support Regional Sales Ops in quarterly Business Planning and Compensation processes.
- Improve Data quality in the Sales Compensation Management Tool.
- Provide support to Regional Sales Ops on HR data and animate the Business Operations community.
- Participate in maintaining an updated version of the Sales Compensation Playbook.
We're Looking for: Excellent English communication skills, great customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously. You should be a fast learner, comfortable with large sets of data, and proficient in Excel and Power BI.
