What You'll Do: As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern at Criteo, you will be part of the FP&A and CSF&O organization, working on improving and scaling quarterly commercial cycles. You will design and implement Sales Compensation strategy, participate in key Sales & Operations projects, and act as a Business Partner for Commercial Management and Regional Sales Operations. Your responsibilities will include sales compensation administration, target letters management, and data quality improvement in the Sales Compensation Management Tool.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform data quality checks, analysis, and achievement calculations for sales bonus administration.
  2. Support Regional Sales Ops in quarterly Business Planning and Compensation processes.
  3. Improve Data quality in the Sales Compensation Management Tool.
  4. Provide support to Regional Sales Ops on HR data and animate the Business Operations community.
  5. Participate in maintaining an updated version of the Sales Compensation Playbook.

We're Looking for: Excellent English communication skills, great customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously. You should be a fast learner, comfortable with large sets of data, and proficient in Excel and Power BI.
