We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our Global Sales Effectiveness team at Criteo. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to learn about CRM and sales processes, and is passionate about driving sales growth and productivity.

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the organization of training events, including invites, tracking, logistics, planning, and follow-ups. You will also contribute to the build-up of user guides or short how-to videos enabling our sales population to get the best from our SF One solution. Additionally, you will follow up with users on collecting their feedback, providing guidance on where they can find the learning materials.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a good understanding of CRM and sales processes. They will also be a good organizer, meticulous and precise, and enjoy interacting with people in a multicultural environment. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company.
