Job Title: Top Performing Sales Executive

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description

As a Top Performing Sales Executive at Sagan, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating the value of our products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects, understand their needs, and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations
  • Negotiate terms and overcome objections to close deals
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a focus on closing deals
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software
