The Role

Our New Business Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe. As an Account Executive, you'll be part of an elite group of salespeople who own their market segments with a solution-oriented approach.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying your prospect base.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and the solutions it offers.
Your Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Latvian/Lithuanian/Russian.
  • 1 year of commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone.
  • Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach).
