We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to reinforce our position in the Iberia market. This key role will play a crucial part in driving business growth, increasing brand presence, and fostering long-term relationships with customers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving sales volumes, mix, and price realization while maintaining optimal inventory levels. As the senior commercial contact for customers, you will drive credibility and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned area.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand presence and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities and maximizing existing ones
  • Maintain accurate sales data, analyzing trends and making informed decisions to optimize sales performance
  • Work closely with the country leader to align sales goals with overall business objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A proven track record in sales management, preferably within the consumer electronics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €65,000 - €85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and career development opportunities.
