The Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to reinforce our position and growth in the Iberia market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales volumes, mix, and price realization while driving credibility and building long-term relationships with customers in the assigned area. Your key objectives will include increasing brand position in the market, expanding business opportunities, and maximizing revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing sales strategies, customer relationships, and product offerings
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Foster strong partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and product launches

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- BSc/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
