About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the introduction of our products into Greece. This is a sales-focused role, responsible for finding customers, introducing our products to the market, and managing the growth of the territory.

Your Responsibilities

  • Follow and adhere to our company core values.
  • Identify potential customers and partners, introduce our company and product range, and establish relationships in the territory.
  • C coordinate activities with local partners to promote our products.
  • Provide sales training to resellers' customer teams and product training to local installation teams.
  • Manage all sales aspects of our trading in the territory, ultimately responsible for the relationship between our company and its customers.
  • Achieve the sales budget.
  • Contact and network with interest groups, associations, and architects.
  • Establish a network of screen dealers.
  • Ensure the ERP system has the correct customer information, discount structure, order status, warranty, and any other relevant information.
  • Review our offering to the market and work with Sales and General Manager to adjust offering to meet Greek markets demand.
  • Follow up any warranty claims with factory and customer representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and promote our brand.

About You

The successful candidate for this position will be an accomplished sales executive with outstanding negotiation and people skills, a background in manufacturing (preferably to the building industry) in a business-to-business capacity, and extensive experience increasing sales and creating value.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications and experience working with senior leadership.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
