Sales Growth Executive for Mid-Market Clients

Role Overview
As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will engage in promoting the fundamental advantages of our cloud offerings to mid-sized businesses. This position offers a unique opportunity to advance your career within one of the most successful sales organizations globally.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Volume Business Sales (75%)
Proactively nurture and accelerate existing opportunities in the pipeline with a closing horizon of two or more quarters. Collaborate closely with Mid-Market Sales executives and SAP Partners to ensure that decision-makers are equipped with all necessary information to facilitate their decision-making process. Additionally, identify further opportunities for engagement through digital resources or events, monitor stalled pipelines, and initiate recovery strategies. Prioritize opportunities that may require additional nurturing or downgrade them to lead nurturing processes.
Develop Volume Business Pipeline (25%)
Strategize and implement action plans in alignment with the Mid-Market Sales Team and local marketing initiatives. Conduct proactive outreach to new contacts and strive to meet ambitious sales and demand generation objectives.
Lead SAP's Digital Transformation Initiatives (100%)
Embrace and utilize cutting-edge marketing tools tailored for the digital landscape. Mentor colleagues in social selling techniques and leverage next-generation analytics to drive increased sales for SAP Commercial Sales. Foster digital innovation to effectively reach target markets.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, IT, or Digital Transformation.
- 2-3 years of experience in high-volume sales environments.
- Strong motivation to achieve excellence.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is essential.
- Exceptional customer focus and interpersonal skills to act as a trusted advisor.
- Solid understanding of IT and business software, along with business processes.
- Ability to actively listen to identify key customer needs.
- Comprehension of industry-specific business challenges.
- Skill in articulating the SAP value proposition within industry contexts.
- Capacity to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability.
