Position Overview:

We are excited to announce multiple openings for the position of Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our expanding markets.

The ideal SDR is a dedicated and goal-oriented individual who will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to enhance our sales pipeline by qualifying and engaging potential new clients within the Growth Market for TravelPerk.

This is a remarkable opportunity to join TravelPerk and be part of a dynamic yet experienced sales team, with ample opportunities for professional growth. Help us scale by promoting an innovative product that transforms how organizations budget, book, and manage their business travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of TravelPerk;
  • Execute outreach initiatives through phone, email, and social media;
  • Qualify leads during phone conversations, ensuring they meet our criteria, and schedule further discussions with sales executives;
  • Engage in high-level conversations with Office Managers, Finance Operations, or Travel Managers to communicate the TravelPerk Value Proposition;
  • Identify the needs of our target clients and effectively convey the value that TravelPerk offers;
  • Maintain precise records of prospects and interactions in Salesforce;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative strategies for increasing TravelPerk's visibility and enhancing the lead qualification process.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills such as Polish, Hebrew, or Italian being advantageous;
  • Ability to establish credibility over the phone with potential clients;
  • Solid understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle;
  • Goal-oriented with a strong character and resilience;
  • Ambitious and ethical, with a customer-centric approach;
  • Proactive and innovative in generating leads;
  • Cultural awareness and flexibility regarding time zones;
  • Legal authorization to work in Spain is required.
