Position Overview

The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing and directing the commercial operations for a designated cluster of markets. This includes the implementation of Sales Training and Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the sales team to achieve optimal performance in their respective markets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct the strategy for Commercial Operations Management and oversee all activities related to commercial operations, including the management of the Sales Force onboarding process across various business units.
  • Design and execute plans for the Sales Academy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and refine processes to coach and prepare Sales Capability Champions, Sales Trainers, and Heads of Sales across different business units, enabling them to effectively deliver and sustain sales capability programs.
  • Take charge of driving and executing the business strategy for the cluster of markets.
  • Implement comprehensive Sales Training and Sales Force Effectiveness plans that facilitate the sales team's ability to maximize their potential.
  • Provide support to cluster markets in areas such as CRM, Data Analytics, Segmentation and Targeting, Incentive Compensation, and Sales Training initiatives across all business units.
  • Monitor sales performance and assist cluster business unit leaders in executing business strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to foster sales excellence through various methods, including metrics management, analysis of sales outcomes, customer segmentation, targeting, and coaching.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role, managing large and complex projects.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and strategic development.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Data Analytics, and Sales Force tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in tracking sales performance and supporting business unit leaders in strategy implementation.
  • Background in a global business environment.
  • Experience with product launches.
