Job Title: Southern Cluster Commercial Operations Head

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Head to lead our commercial operations function for a cluster of markets in Southern Europe. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for implementing sales training and sales force effectiveness processes, developing and delivering training programs, and driving business strategy for the cluster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial operations management and direct all commercial operations activities, including sales force onboarding, sales capability champions, and learning curriculum development.
  • Design and develop plans and lead projects for sales academy, defining and developing processes and procedures to coach and prepare sales capability champions and sales trainers.
  • Drive and implement business strategy for the cluster, supporting cluster markets with CRM, data analytics, segmentation and targeting, incentive compensation, and sales training and sales force effectiveness plans.
  • Track sales performance and support cluster BU heads in implementing business strategies, collaborating with the team to promote sales excellence through metrics management, sales results analysis, customer segmentation, and coaching.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in commercial operations, with experience in managing large and complex projects.
  • Ability to manage a team and develop a strategy for team development.
  • Effective experience in CRM, data analytics, sales force, and product launch background.
