Job Title: Southern Cluster Commercial Operations Head

Galderma is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial operations function for a cluster of markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing sales training and sales force effectiveness processes and plans related to segmentation and targeting, developing, and delivering training programs that enable our sales force to maximize their sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial operations strategies and plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the cluster.
  • Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as sales force effectiveness, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, business unit heads, and other functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial operations, sales training, and sales force effectiveness.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
