Job Title:

Commercial Operations Lead for Southern Markets

Galderma is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Lead to own and lead the commercial operations function for a cluster of markets in Southern Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations, with experience in managing large and complex projects, and a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.

The Commercial Operations Lead will be responsible for implementing Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness processes and plans related to SFE, sales incentive planning, segmentation and targeting, developing, and delivering training programs that enable the organization's sales force to maximize its sales potential for a specific cluster of markets.

The role will also involve designing and developing plans and leading projects for Sales Academy, defining and developing processes and procedures to coach and prepare Sales Capability Champions/Sales Trainers/Head of Sales from the markets across different business units.

The Commercial Operations Lead will work closely with the team to promote sales excellence through various means, including metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting, and coaching.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations, with experience in managing large and complex projects, and a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
