Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial operations function for a cluster of markets, driving sales growth and maximizing sales potential.
  • Implement Sales Training & Sales Force Effectiveness processes, including sales incentive planning, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enable the sales force to maximize their sales potential.
  • Design and lead projects for the Sales Academy, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
