About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive the success and continued growth of Amazon Ads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our advertising solutions and driving sales across multiple platforms to mid-to-large brand and performance advertisers and their agencies at all hierarchical levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, leveraging this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Utilize sales CRM tools to track account information, sales progress, and forecast revenue goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Proven sales experience in the advertising, media, or agency landscape, with a track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach to providing solutions.
  • Business fluent English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Sales/Marketing.
  • Able to utilize Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or like program.
  • Having already worked in an international environment.
  • Additional languages (French, German, Italian).
