Unlock Your Potential as a Sales Account Executive

Join SAP's Customer Success Board Area and embark on a 10-month learn-apply program that will transform you into a skilled Account Executive. This immersive experience combines classroom phases with field phases, where you'll work closely with your sales team to develop the skills and knowledge needed to drive cloud revenue growth.

As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to existing and net new customers. You'll empower our customers to achieve their full potential by understanding their strategy, unique business goals, and desired outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Successfully completing the 10-month learn-apply program
  • Immersing yourself in multi-dimensional, experiential learning focusing on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process
  • Driving value across the customer lifecycle through solution adoption and ongoing renewals that foster account expansion
  • Receiving onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a Senior Account Executive in the field

Upon successful completion of the program, you'll move into a direct customer-facing sales role in your market and continue to receive mentoring and coaching support to accelerate your growth.

Key areas of focus include:

  • SAP Digital Supply Chain (DSC) - knowledge in Supply Chain, Asset Management, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, or Transportation Management
  • SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) - knowledge in core HR and payroll, talent management, employee experience management, HR analytics, workforce planning, and Sales performance management
  • SAP Intelligent Spend and Business Network (ISBN) - knowledge in Purchase to Pay process, procurement, subcontracting, supplier network, and supplier portal
