Job Title: Account Executive

At Broadvoice, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our International Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify, pursue, and close sales opportunities within a designated territory
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Utilize internal sales tools for CRM and pipeline management
  • Engage with technical and executive team members in complex sales scenarios
  • Develop client proposals that effectively communicate our products and offer customized solutions
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in contact centers or a similar field is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in managing and upselling large or global accounts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective, versatile, and action-oriented
