At OneTrust, we're on a mission to empower organizations to drive innovation responsibly while mitigating risks. As an Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in delivering new client acquisition and ensuring successful relationships with existing customers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Generate, qualify, and execute opportunities that solve complex problems for our customers
  • Source and qualify sales opportunities, set customer expectations, and handle negotiations
  • Build relationships, understand customer needs, and articulate valuable solutions to ensure OneTrust is viewed as a trusted advisor
  • Understand key competitors and their strategies to differentiate OneTrust's solutions in the marketplace
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to successfully land and expand key accounts
What We're Looking For
  • A hunting mentality and consultative approach
  • Experience communicating with C-Level Executives effectively
  • A track record of performance with landing net new logos using Value Selling
  • Consistent generation of net new pipeline, including sales-sourced pipeline
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions

We invest heavily in our Sales Team through demand generation, methodology-driven sales philosophy, weekly sales trainings, customer-driven roadmaps, and a readily-available executive team to help close deals. Our Account Executives have a significant total contract value (TCV) opportunity with uncapped commission.
