We are looking for a Business Development Representative to be part of our Business Development team. This person will focus on outbound prospecting, identify potential clients, make initial contact, and set up meetings. His/Her primary role will be to fill the sales pipeline.What are we looking for?We are looking for people with technical education (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent) with a minimum of 7 years of experience in technology-related sales or account management.Fluent in English and Spanish is necessary.Experience is required in:Selling Digital Trust Services (signature, identity) and/or Cybersecurity Services (offensive security, governance, SOC, resilience).Looking for potential clients aligned with our target and strategy.Setting up initial contact and meetings.Maintaining CRM updated.Any of the following would be a plus (And/or):Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.Having a degree of disability higher than 33%.What challenges and tasks can you find in this job?Generating demand by assisting clients to identify and qualify current needs and effectively articulate how Wise can add value through its services and solutions offered.Bringing vital cybersecurity industry insights to customer engagements and closing deals effectively. Acts as a knowledgeable leader in cybersecurity, guiding customers in Madrid on their digital transformation journey within the realm of security.Proactively conducting campaigns to unearth new opportunities and generate fresh leads in the Madrid area. Engaging with strategic clients possessing a rich client portfolio in Madrid, alongside account teams or partners.Utilizing WISE SECURITY's sales approach to gauge opportunity quality, enlightening customers on the best ways to address their security needs.Nurturing and expanding business with strategic Madrid-based clients by initiating productive conversations, leading demonstrations, and partnering efficiently with both internal teams and external collaborators.Diligently cultivating and managing a network of stakeholders in the area and drawing upon internal partnerships to deepen client relationships.Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets in the assigned account base.Regularly reviewing feedback and crafting long-term strategies dedicated to amplifying client satisfaction.Teaming up with the extended sales crew, pre-sales, KAM, local partners, and marketing units to conduct detailed business analysis, targeting high-potential clients and sculpting a list of prospective businesses.Pursuing relevant cybersecurity training and certifications, staying abreast of the latest trends, and sharing newfound knowledge with the team.What are we offering?Type of contract: indefinite full-time contract (from Monday to Friday).Location: Madrid (hybrid remote).Salary: to be determined.Flexible Compensation Plan (food card, transport card, medical insurance, kindergarten voucher, and training).Work Life Balance: flexible work environment.
