If you are interested in being part of a dynamic sales team and growing company, we invite you to applyJob Description and ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve individual and team sales goals and uncover net new and expansion opportunitiesDevelop and implement effective inbound and outbound BDR strategies and initiatives to support regional goalsCreate and deliver team trainings to enhance and uplevel BDR skills and product knowledgeCollaborate with regional sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute campaignsPartner with the Global Demand Response Centre of Excellence (COE) team to ensure alignment and adherence to global frameworks, processes, and expectationsMonitor and analyze core KPIs to identify areas for improvementConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coachingActively participate and present learnings, insights, and performance updates at rhythm of business meetings
