Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive French Market Partnerships to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and building strong relationships with potential partners in the French market, executing the full sales cycle to onboard new partners into our program, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Identification and Onboarding: Identify and engage with potential partners that align strategically with our company in the HR space, executing the full sales cycle to onboard new partners into our program.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with partners and their clients, keeping them updated on our product and services, and identifying opportunities to further develop our partnership channel.
  • Feedback and Communication: Gather feedback from partners and their clients on a regular basis to identify pains and opportunities for growth, and communicate these insights to internal teams.
  • Sales and Upsell: Upsell additional Factorial products and services to partners based on client needs, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate daily with internal teams, including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or B2B sales at a SaaS-based company or digital transformation environments.
  • Language Skills: Fluent French and English language skills.
  • Personality Traits: Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle, with a proactive approach to new ideas and challenges.
