Your Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for commercial management of important customers' accounts in Portugal and sales support to national accounts in Spain. Your goal will be to optimize and grow each category in a sustainable way, developing our business in the Iberia region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute country commercial policy and marketing strategy.
  • Reach sales targets for each client by managing the execution of customer plans.
  • Identify and pursue category growth opportunities within customers.
  • Compile customer plans based on identified objectives for each category, actively involving key functions such as marketing, finance, supply chain.
  • Conduct negotiations with customers involving other functions when necessary.
  • Monitor execution by customer of reached agreements (number of SKU's listed, distributions, promotions, activities, etc.)
  • Monitor competition activities/actions, suggest counteracting measures, obtain approvals, and implement.
About You

We're looking for someone with at least 3+ years of experience in FMCG business management. You should be bilingual in both Spanish and Portuguese, as well as have a high level of English proficiency.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of around €60,000 per year, plus additional benefits. This role also comes with a hybrid model (on remote/Madrid Office), with part-time travel required to Portugal. If you're passionate about growing our business in the Iberia region, we'd love to hear from you
