Major multinational telco seeks to incorporate an ecommerce sales profile for its terminal department. If you have experience as an eKAM and in the telco or mobile telephony sector, this is your opportunity because we are looking for someone with exceptional skills.

Responsibilities

- Drive online sales through e-commerce platforms and optimize product offerings.
- Manage customer relationships (e.g. Amazon) and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize online presence and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and policies, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Perform other tasks related to E-commerce sales.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher
Language: English: C1, Chinese: C1
Knowledge: Chinese
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in top mobile phone manufacturers; Amazon experience is a plus.
Skills:

  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
  • Motivated self-starter with good time management skills.
  • Ambitious and result-driven.
  • Advanced level in English and Spanish languages are a must.
  • Advanced level in Chinese is a preference.
  • Fast self-learning ability.
  • Able to work in multi-cultural teams.
