Key Responsibilities:

As a District Sales Operations professional, you will be responsible for managing monthly delivery of key reports to the District Sales Manager. Your role will also involve managing weekly sales meetings, as directed by the District Sales Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing sales events to drive existing and new customer engagement. You will ensure updated marketing materials are accessible to the Sales team and create customer-focused PowerPoint presentations from various marketing material. You will work with the CHQ-Marketing team for customized content when needed. Furthermore, you will manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with the sales team.

Qualifications:

Studies in Administration, International Trade, or Business Administration are preferred. Proficient with data and data analysis using Excel, and other tools such as POWER BI are a plus. The ideal candidate should have an aptitude and desire to learn Sales fundamentals and processes. Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to achieve goals are necessary. Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills are also required. The candidate should be confident to make decisions in response to changing conditions and have experience working in a team environment. High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is essential. The ability to influence others to action, independently apply creativity and problem-solving skills to achieve results, and work productively both individually and in a team environment are also desired. Oral and written proficiency in English is required. Flexibility to take on additional tasks as requested is a must.
