Grafana Labs is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead new business growth in the Spanish region. This role demands a strong understanding of infrastructure technology sales and an ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, nurture, and close opportunities with both existing and new customers
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to account management
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Possess a deep understanding of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise value propositions
  • Become proficient in managing the sales pipeline within Salesforce
  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
  • A proven track record of consistent goal achievement in highly competitive environments
  • Energetic, adaptable, and tenacious team player
  • Strong communication skills in various channels (in person, online, in writing)
  • Familiarity with open source technology is advantageous
  • Experience using Salesforce is required
  • Must be located in Spain

We offer an estimated salary range of EUR 180,000 - EUR 230,000 based on level, experience, and skillset. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed.
