We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic EMEA Ruckus Team based in Alcobendas, Madrid. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a multinational and multicultural organization that values innovation, collaboration, and outstanding customer experiences.
Your Mission
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive profitable growth in key accounts, leveraging CommScope's Ruckus Networks technology and global market leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with End Users and Partners, identifying new business opportunities and closing revenue streams.
- Prospect and engage with non-users of the CommScope Ruckus portfolio, expanding our Tier 2 Partners and directly managing medium-sized deals with end users.
Key Qualifications
- Native level of German and high level of English.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT sector and sales cycles.
- Proficient in Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
