About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic EMEA Ruckus Team based in Alcobendas, Madrid. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a multinational and multicultural organization that values innovation, collaboration, and outstanding customer experiences.

Your Mission

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive profitable growth in key accounts, leveraging CommScope's Ruckus Networks technology and global market leadership.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with End Users and Partners, identifying new business opportunities and closing revenue streams.
  3. Prospect and engage with non-users of the CommScope Ruckus portfolio, expanding our Tier 2 Partners and directly managing medium-sized deals with end users.

Key Qualifications

  • Native level of German and high level of English.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT sector and sales cycles.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
