Sales Executive with Native French Fluency

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive with native-level fluency in French to join our team in Barcelona. This individual will play a critical role in delivering expert guidance and consultative account management to both clients and partners.
Cultivating Sustainable GrowthThe successful candidate will cultivate a business atmosphere that encourages sustainable growth within accounts, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure insights into their strategies, plans, and competitive activities.
Driving ExpansionThis sales professional will identify new sales opportunities within current accounts to drive expansion, develop tailored commercial and technical proposals to address client requirements, and enhance profitability by actively managing accounts and meeting sales quotas and targets.
Reporting and Pipeline ManagementThe ideal candidate will monitor, manage, and report on ongoing activities related to the sales pipeline, addressing and resolving inquiries from customers or partners promptly.
RequirementsTo excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Native French speaker with professional English proficiency (B2 level)
- Strong background in B2B sales, complemented by excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach and a drive to achieve sales objectives
- Experience in working with channel partners or managing client accounts
- Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners
- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage sales pipelines and report on activities
We provide a highly competitive annual base salary, additional yearly benefits totaling €7,400, including health insurance, a meal allowance of €1,100 per year, relocation assistance of up to €500 for flights and support in finding accommodation, and the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Barcelona.
