SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is a leading provider of identity security solutions. We are seeking a talented and motivated High-Tech Sales Expert to join our team. This role will be based in Madrid and will involve driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS opportunity creation & sales, effective communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for persuasion. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team of field sales counterparts, helping to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts. The High-Tech Sales Expert will be expected to achieve early productivity and success by completing a series of milestones within the first month, including getting started checklist completion, attending HR onboarding sessions, accessing Identity University, and familiarizing themselves with the high-level function org chart.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around 45,000 - 60,000 euros per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
