We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Expert to join our team in Malaga. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide expert guidance to clients and partners on their sales journeys
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
* Identify new sales opportunities within existing portfolios
* Create and deliver compelling commercial and technical service proposals
* Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
* Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets

**What We Offer:**

* A competitive salary of €28,500 gross per year (on-target earnings)
* A full-time permanent contract with 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
* Friends hunting (referral) bonus
* Great office location in Malaga

**Requirements:**

* Proficient or bilingual in Lithuanian with intermediate English level
* Solid sales background and previous experience in Sales B2B
* Strong communication skills
* Achievement and goal-oriented, motivated, and self-starter
* Previous experience working with channel
* Dynamic and energetic
