As a representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets.
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary, including a base salary of €60,000 per annum, plus commission, private healthcare, pension, life cover, uniform allotment, exclusive staff sales, and continuous learning opportunities. **Job Description**
We are looking for an individual who embodies the TAG Heuer spirit and possesses excellent communication skills, a strong passion for luxury watches, and a keen understanding of the high-end market. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service and expertise to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as a central figure on the sales floor, driving boutique sales and achieving objectives through effective selling techniques and collaboration with colleagues.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting personal connections with clients, leveraging all available resources to build trust and loyalty.
- Embbody the TAG Heuer brand DNA, acting as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique, especially at events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives, ensuring qualitative client data collection and leveraging data to address clients in a personally relevant way.
- Contribute to daily processes under the supervision of the Boutique management, utilizing all tools and performing visual merchandising tasks.
