About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at one of our luxury stores in Madrid. As a representative of The Swatch Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a high-end watch brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a luxurious shopping experience
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Work within established guidelines to maintain stock levels and perform administrative tasks
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a communicative and results-driven individual with excellent customer service skills. At least 1 year of experience in sales for a premium or luxury brand is required. Additionally, you should be available for shift work and fluent in Spanish and English.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for a premium or luxury brand
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €30,000 - €40,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits that contribute to a fulfilling and supportive work environment.
