Poltrona Frau Spa is a leading luxury furniture company seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
">Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 per annum, plus benefits and incentives for high performers.
">Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving all sales targets for the Madrid store, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a luxurious shopping environment.
">Main Responsibilities:
- Key Interface: Build strong relationships with clients, designers, and buyers to drive sales growth and business development.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to expand our client database, and ensure effective CRM tool usage.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, provide regular forecasts to management, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Product Display: Ensure visually appealing product displays, meet brand standards, and guarantee a luxury shopping experience.
- Event Management: Assist with organizing events, workshops, and exhibitions to attract clients and promote products.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's Degree: Design or Architecture preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in sales roles, preferably in high-end furniture sales.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, and CRM tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Language: Fluent English is essential, with Italian being a plus.
