About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Timepiece Sales Specialist to join our team at TAG Heuer. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with luxury watch trends, new technologies, and sports to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support the boutique's overall success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client discovery and product presentation to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Upselling and handling objections to meet sales targets.
  • Staying organized and managing multiple client relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail, preferably in the watch industry.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, trends, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
