About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at The Swatch Group in Madrid. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxury selling experience, and achieving individual sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales: Achieve and exceed individual sales goals, working within established guidelines.
  • Stock Control: Manage and maintain stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory and minimizing losses.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.

Requirements

  • Availability for shift work.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for a premium or luxury brand.
