We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our multicultural and dynamic team at the world's leader of luxury goods. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop your business vision and commercial skills in the luxury industry.

About the Role

The Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting the DIOR Perfumes commercial strategy by participating in sales analysis and activations, working closely with the trade, marketing, training, and Sell out Teams. You will also contribute to innovative ideas to drive our sales success and activate new sales potentials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply theoretical knowledge, develop work competences, and acquire practical experience by participating in and supporting the DIOR Perfumes commercial strategy.
  • Participate in the sell-in development supporting the commercial area and strategy of the company.
  • Analyze sales, KPIs, market, and competitors' data to inform commercial decisions.
  • Provide administrative commercial support to the team.
  • Supervise the field team and optimize commercial processes, objectives, and routes.
  • Ensure that the merchandising strategy is properly developed at the point of sale.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Possibility to sign an agreement with the university for 6 months minimum, full time.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (Master is a plus).
  • Fluent Spanish and English (C1 level) - French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (mainly Excel and Power Point).
  • Previous experience in sales is valuable.
