About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Alliances and Partnerships Director to drive revenue growth through strategic alliances and expand our presence in Spain and Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS, experience in channel management, and a deep understanding of the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Partner Strategy: Expand market share in Spain by identifying key partners and creating mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving partner performance.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through channel partners by creating and executing joint business plans, conducting regular performance reviews, and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Spanish and Latin American market, adapting the partner strategy accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed.
  • Training Enablement: Develop and deliver partner training programs to ensure partners are knowledgeable about our products, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Reporting Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of channel partners, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Compliance Governance: Ensure that all partner agreements and activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, enhancing our brand visibility and reputation in the Spanish market.

Your Profile:

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in SaaS, experience in channel management, and a deep understanding of the Spanish market. A salary of approximately €80,000 per annum, plus benefits, is commensurate with your skills and experience.
