Job Title: Global Strategic Alliance Director for Spanish and Latam Market
Description:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead our partner ecosystem expansion in Spain and Latin America. As Global Strategic Alliance Director, you will develop and execute a comprehensive partner/channel strategy to drive revenue growth through strategic alliances, expand our presence in Spain, and identify key partners for mutually beneficial relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Channel Strategy: Expand market share in Spain by identifying key partners and creating effective partnerships.
- Partner Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving partner performance.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through channel partners by creating joint business plans, conducting regular performance reviews, and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Spanish and Latam market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners have necessary tools, resources, and support.
- Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure partners are knowledgeable about our products, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure partner agreements and activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Team Management: Lead the partner team to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong background in SaaS.
- Experience in channel management.
