About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Alliances & Partners Director to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships in Spain and Latin America. This role will involve developing and managing our partner ecosystem, identifying key partners, and creating mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to expand market share in Spain.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving partner performance.
  • Drive revenue through channel partners by creating joint business plans, conducting regular performance reviews, and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Spanish and Latam market.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed.

Requirements

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in channel/partner management, business development, or a related role within the SaaS industry, with a focus on the Spanish market.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partner/channel programs in a SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish market, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic business plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM Salesforce, partner management tools, and data analysis.
