Job Description: Alliances & Partners Director

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Alliances & Partners Director to develop and manage our partner ecosystem, drive revenue growth through strategic alliances, and expand our presence in Spain.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner/channel strategy to expand our market share in Spain, identifying key partners and creating mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving partner performance.
  • Drive revenue through channel partners by creating and executing joint business plans, conducting regular performance reviews, and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Spanish and Latam market, adapting the partner strategy accordingly.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in channel/partner management, business development, or a related role within the SaaS industry, with a focus on the Spanish market.
  • A proven track record of developing and managing successful partner/channel programs in a SaaS environment.
  • A deep understanding of the Spanish market, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to create and execute strategic business plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM Salesforce, partner management tools, and data analysis.

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
