Job Description

Gartner IT values innovation, an outcome-driven approach to success, and great ideas from anyone on the team. As a key player in our Observability strategy, you will drive and enhance our approach to monitoring critical applications and infrastructure in a rapidly evolving hybrid landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the Observability strategy, ensuring the right metrics are collected at the right frequency and the data is available for alerting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior management and key partners to understand business requirements, drive alignment, and prioritize projects.
  • Manage resource assignment, project prioritization, and relevant KPIs to measure team performance.
  • Ensure tight integration of best-of-breed observability platforms and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings.
