At Red Bull, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Territory Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who can drive business growth in key accounts and develop strategic partnerships.
Company Overview: As a leading energy drink brand, Red Bull operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Our commercial teams work closely with customers and partners to identify new opportunities and drive sales growth.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
Job Description: The Commercial Territory Developer will be responsible for driving the development and execution of commercial strategies in assigned territories. This includes building relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate win-win partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull's business and customer's business
- Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions in which Red Bull should be present
- Develop and execute measures to intensify consumption in existing On Premise locations and identify opportunities
- Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network
- Establish and nurture relationships with business partners, including outlet owners/managers, F&B managers, bar staff, distribution partners, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to adapt to changing situations. A university degree in BA, Marketing or similar is desirable, and fluency in Spanish written and spoken is essential. Ideally, you should also be fluent in English written and spoken.
