ROLE OF THE SALES DEVELOPER

In this position, you will function as an integral part of our clients' sales teams. Your role involves reaching out to new businesses while also following up on current leads. Throughout interactions, you will ask insightful questions about the needs of the lead, doing so in a way that shows genuine interest without being intrusive. You will guide the conversation and exhibit strong listening abilities. When mutual interest is apparent, you will arrange a follow-up while maintaining control of the engagement process. Occasionally, a meeting with an account manager can be arranged after the first conversation, but more often, multiple follow-ups are necessary. In these instances, you will foster the relationship until the lead is ready for a sales handover, after which you will refer them to the client's sales team you collaborate with.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing acquisition efforts and following up on leads for our clients.
  • Supporting the development of new projects.
  • Engaging with both cold and warm leads.
  • Working together with clients on both operational and strategic levels.
  • Utilizing your sales expertise to differentiate The Leadmasters in the marketplace.
