The world is changing fast and so are we. We're shifting our focus from a traditional B2B model to a more customer-centric approach, leveraging our Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team to understand customer conversion journeys and find innovative ways to connect with smokers. This transformation presents a huge opportunity for growth, and we're looking for skilled professionals to help shape our new global function.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include deploying and negotiating lead generation programs, owning training and engagement activities, and ensuring the correct placement of our products at the point of sale. You'll also be responsible for tracking KPIs, negotiating sales targets, and continuously improving qualitative and quantitative objectives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a university degree, English language proficiency (at least B2), and Spanish native or near-native fluency. A valid driving license for the Spanish territory, held for at least 1 year, as well as an EU valid work permit, are also essential. Previous experience in sales, trade marketing, or marketing departments is crucial, with at least 2 years of FMCG experience in B2B being highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
