We're seeking a highly motivated Building Sales and Portfolio Growth Specialist to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing your assigned client portfolio, ensuring maximum sales and company targets are achieved.

You will work closely with our Area Manager to establish individual objectives and develop strategies to achieve them. Your role will involve promoting Aliaxis group policy, generating initiatives, and encouraging positive attitudes among your team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing distributor budgets, increasing customer numbers, and generating cross-selling opportunities within our organization.

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional commercial skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a B2B manufacturing environment. You should possess a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and commercial processes, as well as the ability to engage and align local buy-in with local needs.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of approximately €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
