Job DescriptionThis role plays a key part in our journey, managing and growing client portfolios to maximise sales and company targets. You will establish individual objectives, set strategies to achieve them, and promote Aliaxis group policy within your sales area.
Key Responsibilities- Be responsible for specific sales regions and distributor budgets
- Manage existing accounts, including large clients, and increase the number of customers in the region
- Collaborate with project departments to develop engineering offers and push the Aliaxis brand
This role requires strong business and commercial acumen, experience in B2B manufacturing organisations, and excellent communication skills. You must be comfortable with ambiguity and change, and excited by the opportunity to shape and deliver new tools and ways of working.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role also provides opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.
