Sales Floor Specialist RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a Sales Floor Specialist at our TJ Maxx store in Gastonia, NC. As a Sales Floor Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers. This involves not only providing excellent customer service but also ensuring that our store is visually appealing, well-organized, and stocked with the latest merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by adhering to our standards for visual merchandising, inventory management, and recovery procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals, promote loyalty programs, and support store initiatives.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer returns and exchanges with ease.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales trends, and company promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
