Cryptopay Ltd. is a leading provider of cryptocurrency payments processing solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated Cryptocurrency Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Alicante, Spain.

About the Role

We require a skilled professional with experience in sales development and lead generation in the tech industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating outbound leads, processing inbound leads, and leading potential clients to meetings with our Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking, to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Work closely with BDMs to strategize on approaches for penetrating key accounts.
  • Research and identify potential clients within target industries and verticals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' pain points and requirements.
  • Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for our BDMs to further explore opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and activities.
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales development and lead generation in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency payments processing and blockchain technology is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Results-oriented personality with a commercial mindset.
