Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Southern Europe. As an OEM Account Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with reseller partners, managing sales, and growing revenue within assigned channels and vertical markets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Become a trusted advisor and partner for customers, developing excellent relationships.
  • Secure and grow revenue by selling and demonstrating Videojet solutions to existing and new customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Lead sales activity through sales metrics using CRM (SalesForce.com).
  • Efficiently manage long-term and short-term sales projects.

Travel Requirements: You will spend approximately 80% of your time traveling throughout the provinces of Comunidad Valenciana, Murcia, and Andalucia.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week, with nights away from home.
  • 5 years of experience in multinational companies.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • CRM knowledge (preferably SFDC), Excel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
