About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, creating business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase Amplifon's visibility in the Spanish healthcare market.
  • Nurture and expand relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to medical sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the area of medical marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Excellent networking and influencing skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships based on trust.
