As a Digital Sales Representative at Talent Search People - Native Speakers, you will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

We are looking for an exceptional Germany Publisher Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire and develop strong relationships with German publishers, identifying new opportunities and expanding our market presence.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the AdTech industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining long-term partnerships. Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €55,000, plus benefits, including 24 days of home office per year, 24 vacation days per year, private health insurance, and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and develop strong relationships with German publishers, identifying new opportunities and expanding our market presence.
  • Build a healthy pipeline and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Work closely with technical, sales, and operational colleagues to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain our CRM tool, updating lead and client interactions to ensure seamless collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hit monthly KPIs and targets, driving business success and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent/native German speaker with a high level of English proficiency.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for turning conversations positively.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing environments, and translate technical features into compelling business benefits.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, ambition, motivation, and proactive attitude.
